摘要: 皮肤伤口的愈合一直是医学界关注的焦点。21 世纪以来,冷等离子体医学的快速发展为促进皮肤伤口的愈合提供了优良的治疗手段。本文就冷等离子体的概念和分类、产生和使用方法及其在医学中的应用进行了简要概述。在此基础上,着重综述了冷等离子体在促进伤口凝血期、炎症期、迁移 / 增殖期、重塑期进展的相关分子机制。

Abstract: Skin wound healing has always been the focus of the medical community. Since the 21st century, the rapid development of cold atmospheric plasma ( CAP ) medicine has provided an excellent treatment method for promoting the healing of skin wound. In this review, the CAP related concept and classification, generation and use method, and its application in medicine is briefly summarized. Further, the relevant molecular mechanisms of CAP in promoting wound healing phases including coagulation, inflammation, migration / proliferation, and remodeling are emphatically reviewed.
